📦 Standard Delivery (Nationwide)

We use Steadfast Courier for reliable delivery across all 64 districts in Bangladesh. This is our default shipping method.

  • Coverage: All districts and Thanas.
  • Timeline: 24-48 hours inside Dhaka; 2-3 days outside Dhaka.
  • Weight Surcharge: The standard rate covers parcels up to 1 KG. For heavier packages, an additional charge of 20 BDT per KG is added automatically.

⚡ Urgent Express (Dhaka Only)

For urgent needs within Dhaka City, we partner with Pathao Parcel for same-day delivery.

  • Eligibility: Only available inside Dhaka Metro.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM for same-day delivery.
  • Restrictions: Max weight 10KG. No fragile items (glass, monitors) allowed on bikes.

💳 Payment & COD Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

ℹ️ Note on COD Fee:
A handling fee of 1% is charged by the courier on the total collection amount (Product Price + Shipping).
  • To avoid the 1% fee, you can pay fully in advance via Bkash/Nagad/Bank.
  • Custom PC builds require a partial advance payment.
